Rashtrakutas: Early Medieval Overlap
The Rashtrakutas of Manyakheta (c. 753–982 CE) emerged as a dominant force in early medieval India, bridging the Deccan and northern plains through military conquests, cultural patronage, and architectural innovation. Their rise coincided with the decline of the Chalukyas and the Tripartite Struggle for Kannauj.
